Nice film but not really representative of the real Worthing. Where were all the shaven headed thugs and their Bull Terriers? Where were all the obese single mothers? The local tourist board might want to use this film.

I agree with racingeye. Its a real shame about the bile that comes from the belly of such a wonderful town. I had to leave because of the acid in that bile. Worthing could be so much more. I wish i could go back home to my roots but i wouldnt want to get burnt by the acid again. Its a real real shame.
There are some in every town. Compared to most in the UK, Worthing is heaven!
seriously, i have lived in worthing all my life, its nothing exciting tbh its a shit hole, bunch a pedophiles round the kids park and the towns are always packed, and in the summer i wouldnt even call it a summer its so CRAP!!!! To all the people that want to visit dont, ur wasting ur time
I believe one of the commenters is a teenager… its practically COMPULSORY to loathe your home town as a teenager!! I grew up in an industrial part of the country (see my name for details!!) and I can say that Worthing is a BIG improvement on some parts of the UK. Yes, this video is idealised, and it doesnt indicate the more chavvy side of Worthing (which is self evident if you visit) but overall its NOT a bad town to live in, can look lovely in the summer and has potential

i moved from worthing a few months ago and i live in the states now… but its nice to see vids like this on here.. reminds me of home.. its wierd cos love baby is right.. it may be a shithole but when the weather is nice its a gorgeous place to be.. and strangely enough….. you do miss it when your not there! I miss ya worthing!!!!

My Grandparents once had a caravan on a site in Worthing. Me and my family would go down there almost every sixmonths. I remember being scared of the pier incase i fell off aha, but as they go older, their caravan site got bought off them in 2002, and i never went back to Worthing, until last year. and my gosh. what a shithole it has become.Though this video is brilliant, it reminds me of when Worthing was good ;D
the only part i hate is the beach
